Returns and Exchanges
We only do store credit for returns. Exceptions are made on case by case basis. If you have an issue, follow these steps:
Shipping
Please allow 2 – 14 days for item to be shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend taking those issues up with the shipper.
Availability
If the product you want is unavailable, email us. You’ll be put on the list of the first to know when we get more of that product in.
We only do store credit for returns. Exceptions are made on case by case basis. If you have an issue, follow these steps:
- Email cleodii.vihjen2@gmail.com with pictures and a description of your issue within 7 days
- Let us review product discrepancy.
- If discount is approved based on our discretion, we will offer store credit of equal or lesser value to the product purchased.
- You have 7 days within receiving our response, to email us back at cleodii.vihjen2@gmail.com saying that you accept the store credit and ship the product back to us. Please, be sure to let us know your new choice of size, when you respond with your acceptance. If that size is unavailable, you will have two choices.
- Wait for it to become available
- Exchange item(s) for an order of equal or lesser value
